Impulse


impulse 20  - toggle auto-flare
        auto-flare protects against homing missiles
        off by default, automatically turned on with use of impulse 9 cheat

impulse 25  - toggle view mode
        choose between:
            . normal view
            . rear camera view (looks really friggin cool)

impulse 55  - sacrafice all undead minions
        gib them to bits
        you will get SOME health back for this

impulse 56  - order undead minions to kill something
        they will attack the closest enemy in your line of sight

impulse 57  - call off attack
        your minions will stop fighting and return to you

impulse 69  - switch between male and female player
        set to male by default

impulse 70  - taunt
        scream a random obscinity at your opponent
        don't even try to scream under water

impulse 101 - weapon class C
impulse 102 - weapon class B
impulse 103 - weapon class A
impulse 123 - cycle weapon class
        they are from best to worst, A B C
        you begin with class C
        you gain classes by getting yellow (class B) and red (class A) armor
        the weapons are as follows:
            #X - where # is weapon number and X is weapon class
            1C - mace (short range)
            1B - mace (long range)
            1A - grappling hook
               . hang from ceilings, walls, or monsters (fire again to drop)
               . you will fall if you take a large amount of damage at once
               . can change weapons and fire while hanging
            2C - axe
            2B - throwing axes
               . can be picked back up
            2A - flaming throwing axes (one of my personal favorites)
               . lights up whatever it hits
            3C - shotgun
            3B - super-shotgun
            3A - flare gun
               . will stick to players and be chased by homing missiles
            4C - laser
            4B - rapid-fire laser
            4A - BFG
            5C - nailgun
            5B - super-nailgun
            5A - nailbomb
            6C - grenade launcher
            6B - proximity mines
               . will stick to walls or players
               . arm after 3 seconds, then if anything is within range BOOM!
               . if you see one, stand back and fire a spike past it
            6A - MIRV
            7C - rocket launcher
            7B - drill rockets
               . will spin around inside whatever it hits for a while
            7A - homing missiles
               . will chase players, monsters, and flares
               . will NOT chase owner
               . will NOT chase undead (they're too damn cold)
            8C - lightning gun
               . will do some radius damage when it hits the water
               . radius damage will only hurt players touching the water
            8B - flamethrower
               . can light things on fire
               . must jump in water or teleport to be put out
            8A - freeze ray (another of my personal favorites)
               . freezes enemy for 10 seconds (except bosses)
               . take twice normal damage when frozen
               . unfreeze if hurt signifigantly
               . frozen stuff looks frozen (ice statue type stuff)
               . includes cool chunks of ice for killing popsicles

impulse 150 - use mystic rune (deathmatch only)
        the rune will change its location every fifteen seconds
        your rune icons will blink when the rune is out
        if you acquire this rune, you will recieve a random power
        this power will last for thirty seconds
        only ONE player may hold the mystic rune at a time
        be warned: there are SOME undesireable powers
        some rune powers are automatic and do not need to be activated
        the powers of the mystic rune are as follows:
            -necromancy
                USE: summon a zombie soldier
                . use same keys a resurrected monster
                . resurrection only takes half normal health
                . vampiric axe and mace
            -protection
                USE: none
                . take half damage
            -strength
                USE: none
                . inflict double damage
            -weakness
                USE: explode, gibbing self and causing radius damage
                . take double damage
                . inflict half damage
            -the fiend
                USE: none
                . transforms you into the fiend
                . jump for jumping attack
                . attack to swing claws
                . take half damage
            -gravity
                USE: lower gravity greatly, then gradually return to normal
                . gravity changes last for 30 seconds even if rune respawns
                . change effects ALL players
                . gravity reverts to normal if used while gravity is changed
            -regeneration
                USE: none
                . regenerate 1 point of health about every half second
                . only if health is below 100 and you are not dead
            -disease
                USE: none
                . lose 1 point of health about every half second
                . will not go below 1 hit point
            -jumping
                USE: none
                . jump twice as high
            -shroomz
                USE: none
                . tunnel vision
                . this one is freaky
            -Ares
                USE: none
                . puts wings on your heels
                . allows for "multi-jumping"
            -aura
                USE: none
                . surrounds you in bright white light

impulse 250 - resurrect something
        you will gain necromantic abilities from the quad damage power-up
        these powers last until death, or change of level
        resurrect dogs, soldiers/players (yes players), fiends, and shamblers
        they cost 25, 50, 80, and 100 health respectively
        you can controll them using impulses 55 to 57
        resurrected things have gory skin
        if your corpse is resurrected and you are still in it, your spirit
                will be forced out and you will be respawned
        if you die, your minions are set free

impulse ??? - Radiation Suit
impulse ??? - Invincibility
impulse ??? - Invisibility
        if you are too stupid to figure out these impulses,
        you are a git, and you suck big hairy donkey balls.
